I have seen Flashback Friday's on a few blogs and thought it was a cute Idea, but I have not scanned any of our old photos yet. So here is an outline of how we came to be...
* Dec. 22 1999 - Brian comes home from his mission in Bolivia (Alyssa is hanging out at Institute enjoying her first year at VC.
* Jan. 21 2000 - Official first date to the San Diego Temple (after meeting at Institute)
* Aug. 25 2000 - FINALLY got engaged at the San Diego Temple (I had known for months that I was going to marry him!
* Dec. 22 2000 - Sealed for Time and All Eternity in the Los Angeles Temple
* Dec 2000-Dec 2001 - Worked and went to school while living in Oxnard 
* Dec. 2001 - Accepted to Fresno State University...moved to Fresno
* Jan. 2002 - Dec. 2003 - Lived in Fresno, went to school full time, Brian worked at the newspaper, Alyssa became a Juvenile Correctional Officer ( new calling in life )
* Dec. 2003 - GRADUATION! Brian received a BS in Computer Science and a Minor in Math, Alyssa Received a BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Forensic Psychology
* Mar. 2004 - Moved back to Ventura...didn't work out the the housing 
market ( still no kids)
* Aug. 2004 - Moved to Utah
* Dec. 2004 - Brian started working his first "real" computer job at Huggermugger, Alyssa got a job as a Juvenile Probation Officer
* Feb. 2005 - Bought our first house in Sandy, Utah
* March 2005 - Pippin joins our family!
* April 2005 - Doctors told us that we could 
not have kids
* Nov. 2005 - Brian changed jobs to Northop Grumman, Approved for adoption, just waiting for someone to choose us
* Jan. 2006 - Getting ready for a week in Ventura and a 7 day cruise...found out we were pregnant the day before we leave
* Apr. 2006 - Sold our house, moved to Studio City, CA for Brian's new job 
with One City
* Sep. 28, 2006 - IT'S A MIRACLE! Eli Max Anderson arrives!
* May 2007 - Move to Ventura to be with family, Brian commutes to Glendale.
* Sep. 2007 - Brian Gets a job working for Thomson in Santa Barbara ( better commute and takes the bus) Max turns a year old
* May 2008 - Just enjoying every day we have with all of life's little adventures!

Oh, I LOVE flashback Friday! And that newborn picture of Max is so cute!
I can't believe you guys have been married that long....CRAZY! I remember going to your wedding and how much fun it was. Good times!
So I'm not sure if you remember our days together being "sandwich artists" but I was talking to Nicki Young and she mentioned you and your blog so I thought I would check it out. I love the title since we call Aidan boggie and sometimes it becomes Bug. Well just wanted to let you know I'm checking out your blog. We had problems getting pregnant too and have our own little miracle boy! Congrats!
You are so brave taking a baby to Cancun!! Your trip looks like lots of fun!! Love your Flashback Friday!
